Our Commitment To You

Please note that any timescales stated below are maximum timescales.

  • 95% of telephone calls to our office will be answered within three rings.
  • If your dedicated Consultant is unable to take your call either they or another qualified Consultant will return your call within 4 working hours.
  • We will respond to all email enquiries within a maximum of 2 working days.
  • We will always seek permission before discussing our candidate’s skills with any clients.
  • We will contact each candidate within 2 working days of a client interview irrespective of whether we have received client feedback by this time.
  • We will keep you informed during every step of the recruitment process.
  • It is our target to visit all candidates at an appropriate time during their placement.
  • We will respond to any payroll queries within 2 working days and we will ensure that the query is dealt with efficiently.
  • We care what our candidates say about us and we will contact them by telephone or letter to survey our services and ensure it meets their needs and our standards.
  • We will use all information supplied to us confidentially and discreetly as appropriate.
  • We are committed to ensuring our clients are aware of their responsibility for health and safety with regard to any candidates we place.

  • We will represent you in a fair, positive, ethical and proactive way.

Your Commitment To Us

  • We expect our candidates to provide us with current, honest and accurate information on their application.
  • Keep us updated with any change in circumstances, contact details etc.
  • Provide us with honest feedback within 3 working days of attending a client interview arranged by KTT.
  • When in a placement we ask our candidates to return timesheets (where required), to us promptly by deadlines stated.
