Please note that any timescales stated below are maximum timescales.
- 95% of telephone calls to our office will be answered within three rings.
- If your dedicated Consultant is unable to take your call either they or another qualified Consultant will return your call within 4 working hours.
- We will respond to all email enquiries within a maximum of 2 working days.
- We will always seek permission before discussing our candidate’s skills with any clients.
- We will contact each candidate within 2 working days of a client interview irrespective of whether we have received client feedback by this time.
- We will keep you informed during every step of the recruitment process.
- It is our target to visit all candidates at an appropriate time during their placement.
- We will respond to any payroll queries within 2 working days and we will ensure that the query is dealt with efficiently.
- We care what our candidates say about us and we will contact them by telephone or letter to survey our services and ensure it meets their needs and our standards.
- We will use all information supplied to us confidentially and discreetly as appropriate.
- We are committed to ensuring our clients are aware of their responsibility for health and safety with regard to any candidates we place.
