Our staff work with Managers, Team Leaders and full-time Carers of homes, assisting the service users in their day-to-day lives to promote their independence. Our objective is to help you provide appropriate levels of care, support and rehabilitation for people to lead better quality lives. Our trained and qualified temporary staff offer flexibility and commitment to their placements.

Our rigorous recruitment and selection process is based on:

• Verification of identity
• Two written references
• Written proof that all vaccinations are up-to-date
• Evidence of current moving & handling certificate / course
• Permit to work in this country
• Enhanced disclosure
• Face-to-face interviews

KTT recognises that continuity of staff provides a quality service, therefore a named coordinator is always assigned to each contract. For regular clients, we aim to supply the same temporary care support staff wherever possible.

Induction Training

Before registration, KTT provide induction and training in accordance with the Agency’s staff training policy and in line with current regulatory requirements. Meticulous records of staff attendances and success rates are available for clients to view.
