Staff

Whether you need LGV C & E, LGV C or 7.5 tonne drivers, our recruitment checks are rigorous. For each candidate, every driver’s performance and experience is addressed. When a driver reports to you, you can be sure:

• The license details have been checked with a copy retained on file
• Your driver’s background and driving experience have been verified through references
• Your driver will meet your requirements with regard to cautions and disqualifications
• Your driver to have a full working knowledge of relevant working practice legislation, including permissible driving hours and safe vehicle loading procedures

Factory and industrial. In addition to ensuring factory & industrial staff are fully experienced and trained for their placement, we take steps to monitor continuously their progress. This also applies to escorts.

• Weekly supervision allows temporary operatives to highlight any concerns or request additional training
• A review meeting after one week makes sure both operative and client are satisfied with the placement
• Regular performance reviews and quality assurance surveys provide continuous feedback
