Kent Top Temps (Recruitment) gains further success with bronze award in expanded Investors In People accreditation scheme

A higher level of achievement

8th July 2010
Helen Lock, General Manager, is celebrating news that it has achieved bronze level status over and above the standard Investors In People (IIP) Award.

The enhanced scheme, launched in May 2009, introduces three new tiers above the basic standard, and aims to promote and recognise a higher level of achievement than the original scheme.

Helen comments, "This was our first attempt at accreditation and we decided to go for the more stringent IIP certification, and I'm delighted that we passed with flying colours. This is a real testament to our people and to the processes that we have in place here to ensure that every member of our team receives the right level of training and support to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities, and in helping us achieve our corporate aims."

The IIP bronze assessment took place over two days and the results showed that the values of Kent Top Temps Ltd (Recruitment) were embedded into every aspect of the business and that employees were continually inspired and motivated by their managers to improve their own performance.
