Recruitment specialist, Kent Top Temps, has successfully received audited status from the industry's watchdog, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

The status represents the 'Gold Standard' of REC membership, highlighting that Kent Top Temps are fully compliant with industry regulations and best practice. The agency is among only an elite number of recruitment companies nationwide to be awarded the sought-after accreditation.

Welcomed by the DTI, being audited by the REC is the most comprehensive regulatory audit of its kind, demonstrating that agencies are conducting their business lawfully and ethically.
