Top Temps staff gain REC certification

100% pass rate maintained with two new consultants achieving REC Certification in Recruitment Practice

Kent Top Temps continues its commitment to ensuring all existing staff and new appointments gain the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice. Two additional consultants have passed with Merit, keeping up our 100% success rate in the qualification.

The certificate training programme ensures employees achieve core competency in all legal matters relating to recruitment. Both Sarah Nicholson and Christina Wellard have found it enhances their ability and management has seen an increase in motivation and confidence.

Christina and Sarah are now eligible to become a Member of the REC, taking Kent Top Temps total to six.
