Pre-Registered Work Seeker Charter

Kent Top Temps Ltd is not a high street agency. We therefore do not register work seeker applicants without an appointment. Appointments are offered on the basis of 1) a successful application to a specific job advertisement 2) through search and selection where a Candidate Resourcer/Consultant seek specific skills that match to our constant clients requirements 3) through search & selection or head-hunting where a bespoke set of skills and experience is required.

Our Commitment to You

  • We will not place an advertisement unless it has details regarding specific positions included within the advert or we have the authority of the hirer concerned to find work seekers for each position advertised.
  • Where rates of pay are given in an advertisement, we will list the nature of the work, the location, and the minimum experience, training and qualifications required in order to achieve that rate of pay.
  • We will endeavour to respond to every application made for a specific job vacancy. This may be via a generic email issued by our technical system through a flagged systematic approach. On occasions, where direct feedback has been requested from the work seeker, we will provide an individual response. This extended feedback cannot be given through a response made by the work seeker to an auto-generated email address.
  • 95% of telephone calls to our office will be answered within three rings
  • If either a Candidate Resourcer or Consultant is unable to take your call an appropriate person will return your call within 4 working hours.
  • We will respond to email enquiries within a maximum of 2 working days (this does not apply to an enquiry made by the work seeker following an auto-generated KTT response to an advertisement).
  • We will use all information supplied to us at each application confidentially and in accordance with our Data Protection policy (a copy of which is available upon request).
  • We are fully committed to our gender, race, age, sexuality and disability and equalities policies.

  • We expect our work seekers to provide us with current, honest and accurate information on their application.
  • Keep us updated with any change in circumstances, contact details etc.
